Climate Change Counts in Mozambique

As part of the SARUA Initiative Climate Change Counts, country consultations were held in Mozambique at the Raddison Blue Hotel in Maputo on 29th and 30th April 2013. The consultations were structured as a 1.5 day programme, with combined participation of University, Government, Private Sector and Civil Society stakeholders.


Stakeholders were very active in their participation and it was stressed that more collaboration between different sectors is required.

The Mozambique consultations were also attended by Mr Sam Bickersteth, Director of CDKN, the main study sponsor and Mr Carl Wesselink, Africa Director for CDKN.
